The Story Began Like This
Meet the founders, Bojan Zdravkovic, husband and a Master barber, and his wife Miljana, a nail technician expert. Bojan spent many years learning how to accommodate and exceed customer satisfaction in the high end restaurant business while Miljana worked in a Nail spa at a prestigious hotel on Marco Island. Both gained top notch hospitality and management experience in these roles.
Bojan discovered early in childhood that he had a gift for barbering, but he never took it seriously. It wasn’t until later on in life, in the right time and place, that he was able to pursue his passion.
Being a business minded entrepreneur, Bojan saw a gap in men’s salons and grooming markets. He then started researching and noticed that there wasn’t a comfortable place for men to go for a high-quality barber and grooming service, so he decided to make a change. After many years of research, conceptualization and trial and error, the entire puzzle came together as Alpha Men’s Spa. Alpha Mens spa was created as a One Stop Shop dedicated solely to gentleman’s grooming and wellness services.

Creating The Next Alpha Men’s Spa
Once you are a franchisee, there will be a one-month training with our management team. The training will include information regarding business practices, the Alpha Men’s Spa app, and how to train your staff. Your staff will include licensed massage therapists, barbers and stylists, and nail technicians. It will take about 2 weeks to train your staff before the grand opening. You can expect the process of opening your location to take 6-10 months.
Afterwards, there will be monthly check-ins to provide support and community. We will continue to give franchisees on-going support throughout their journey.
Investment Information
The initial franchise fee is $35,000 with 6% royalty and an overall estimated initial investment between $204,720 to $384,375
